Bobby Potvin, owner of L&R Septic, entered the excavating industry at 18 years old and quickly developed a strong interest in septic systems. After spending many years installing systems in the field, he shifted his focus toward septic evaluation, design, and compliance work—using hands-on experience to support better planning, clearer documentation, and more reliable outcomes.

Lindsay Potvin is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and regularly works alongside the team in the field. Together, Bobby and Lindsay take a detail-oriented approach to every project, placing a strong emphasis on clear communication, organization, and honest, practical decision-making.

With over 20 years of experience working on Minnesota septic systems, L&R Septic focuses on septic design, compliance inspections, and preliminary site evaluations, with installation services offered on a limited, project-specific basis. The company works closely with homeowners, real estate professionals, local contractors, and reviewing authorities, and values collaboration with local units of government, installers, and other septic professionals to help projects move forward efficiently and correctly. L&R Septic takes pride in providing thorough documentation, quality workmanship, and results they are confident putting their name on.
